Britney Spears Sued By Former Bodyguard For Sexual Harrassment
Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN) – Another day, another drama in the world of Britney Spears, who now is reportedly being sued by a former bodyguard who claims the pop princess sexually harassed him and that she abused her children.
According to TMZ, ex-cop Fernando Flores claims Britney made “repeated unwanted sexual advances” toward him, including exposing herself in front of him in her home. Among the incidents was a time where Flores describes that Spears, while wearing a white lace see-through dress, “intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].”
Another time, Spears allegedly invited Flores to her room where she was completely nude. After a few moments of awkward silence, Spears asked for two bottles of soda. Flores alleges that Spears also engaged in various other sex acts in front of him.
On a more serious note, Flores alleged that Spears asked for his belt, which she used to strike her oldest son, Sean Preston. She also allegedly fed the kids crabmeat, although she knew they had serious seafood allergies. Upon the kids vomiting, she refused anyone seeking medical help.
Flores contacted L.A. County Department of Children and family Services. The case has already been investigated and determined that the claim had no merit.
According to TMZ, the suit will be filed this afternoon in L.A. County Superior Court.
It’s not the first time Spears has been sued by a disgruntled former employee. A former bodyguard, Kerry M. Vine, sued for “negligence” and “severe emotional distress” last year.
In 2007 former bodyguard Tony Barretto also spilled all about Spears when he was fired. He claimed that Britney constantly walked around her house naked and had issues with safety.
